Regardless of age, from little ones to those across the lifespan, we invite you to your journey of self-discovery and growth, to overcome challenges, to resolve “old stuff,” and to reach your fullest potential. Our dynamic providers are deeply rooted in the science of therapy, serious in our ethics, can be playful in our approach, and work together in a positive manner to bring you the newest of information and techniques to enhance your therapeutic work. We focus on the whole-being; mind, body, and spirit. We believe in identifying your strengths to create new means of acquiring the life you are thrilled to live! Our hope is that you will experience this care and compassion, along with some good humor and laughter, from the moment you enter our doors.
We are currently offering HIPAA compliant telemental health counseling services, as well as in-person sessions for all ages!
