NATIONAL CERTIFIED COUNSELOR

Welcome! I'm so glad you are here and taking the next step to explore therapy. Whether you’re seeking support for yourself or for your child, you should know that you don’t have to go through this season alone. I would consider it an honor to walk alongside you during this chapter of healing and personal growth.

As a therapist, my primary goal is to create a safe, trusting environment. I believe that by gaining insight into our past experiences, we can develop a clearer understanding of our present and create a path forward toward meaningful change. I consider it a privilege to be with clients in this process of healing, growing, and feeling better!

I provide individual counseling services for children, adolescents, and adults facing a variety of challenges with various anxiety disorders, depression, relationship struggles, mood disorders, life transitions, self-esteem/self-doubt, social skills, coping skills, and attention-related difficulties. My therapeutic approach is tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, using a combination of modalities and techniques to foster healing and personal growth.

For younger clients, I aim to make therapy engaging and accessible by incorporating creative techniques such as art and play to help express emotions and navigate difficult thoughts. For adolescents and adults, I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space to explore complex emotions, address challenges, and process significant life events. Together, we’ll work toward healing and a renewed sense of well-being.

In addition to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I offer Brainspotting, a powerful, evidence-based treatment modality that helps clients process trauma, emotional pain, and deep-seated issues by accessing and releasing blocked emotions. Brainspotting works with the brain’s natural processing system to help facilitate healing and emotional release in a way that traditional methods may not.

I hold a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University. I am under the supervision and direction of Christi Bartolomucci, Ph.D., LPC, CPCS and Erin Holcomb, LPC, CPCS, NCC.

If you’re ready to take the next step, I’m here to help! Together, we can work toward a brighter, more fulfilling future.
